  16. I've problems connecting an US Robotics of an University
  17. with my modem. 
  18. I can connect EVERY modem (I've tried several) except
  19. this University-modem. On the other Hand, if I use 
  20. an USR to connect the other it works. But I don't want to buy
  21. a second V34 modem. (The test was made with a leant one)
  22. It doesn't work neither under windows nor under linux.

  24. Has anyone an Idea? Maybe an initstring?
  25. In the www.usr.com-homepage stands nearly nothing.
